Our pigs are 100% free range on pastures and woodland. They feed on grass, bugs, and wild berries during spring, summer and fall, and eat grass roots and nuts during the winter. We supplement their diet with a small amount of locally grown cracked corn and sweetpotatoes in the winter. Our pig breeds are Berkshire and Kunekune, and their mixes. We try to breed Berkshire with Kunekune to obtain a hybrid pasture pig with the best meat quality. Their meat are marbled and delicious (see photos above).
